People Overview
The People section of your community is where you manage everyone who participates in your tournaments: players, coaches, referees, doubles pairs, and teams. Every person registered in your community can be searched, filtered, and associated with clubs, rankings, and validations.
Person types
| Type | Description |
|---|---|
| Player | Competes in tournaments. Can be part of doubles pairs and teams. |
| Coach | Works with players. Assigned to players in their profiles. |
| Referee | Officiates matches. Has access to the referee panel. |
| Doubles pair | Two players paired together for doubles categories. |
| Team | A group of players competing as a team unit. |
Modality types
Each person is associated with a primary modality:

| Singles | Competes individually |
| Doubles | Competes as part of a two-person pair |
| Teams | Competes as part of a multi-person team |
Where people appear
People registered in your community appear in:
- Tournament registrations (as candidates to enroll)
- Rankings (once linked to a ranking modality)
- Live match results (as players in each match)
- Public player profiles (if the community is public)

From your community dashboard:
- People (Personas) — players, coaches, and referees
- Doubles (Parejas) — doubles pairs
- Teams (Equipos) — teams
- Clubs — club affiliations
