Viewing Player Ranking History

Every player in a ranking has a complete history of how their points and position have changed over time. This history is the backbone of the ranking's transparency — anyone can see exactly why a player is where they are.

Accessing a player's history

From the public ranking page

  1. Go to the community's Rankings section.
  2. Open the ranking and select the modality.
  3. Click on a player's name in the standings.
  4. Their profile opens, showing:
    • Current rank and points
    • Win/loss record
    • Complete list of contributing tournaments
    • Points gained or lost in each event

From the dashboard

  1. Go to Dashboard → Rankings → [Your Ranking] → Players.
  2. Click on a player to open their detail view.
  3. Use the balance detail to see the full breakdown.

Balance detail

The balance detail dialog shows the full audit trail for a specific tournament's contribution:

  • Which phase and round each match was in
  • Match result (won or lost)
  • Points gained from that result
  • Any discounts applied (if a discount table is configured)
  • Final point total after the tournament

Filtering player history

On the player history view, you can filter by:

  • Year — view performance in a specific calendar year
  • Tournament — see only the results from one tournament

Best balance

The ranking also tracks each player's best balance — the single tournament performance where they gained the most points. This is displayed on the player profile as a highlight stat.
